This site was born of a simple observation: the vast majority of us, black men and women, are unaware of the immense wealth and often chaotic paths of our ancestors, which enable us today to benefit from their inventions. This perpetuates reductive stereotypes, confining us to the roles of athletes or dancers.
Through this platform, I want to reveal the greatness and importance of our contributions to the world through various inventions. Here you will discover fascinating and inspiring stories of black inventors who have revolutionized the world with their creations. My goal is to shine a light on these often unsung figures and celebrate their legacy.
This site belongs to us. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, many of the inventors' photos are missing. To preserve the harmony of the site, I've had to replace them with illustrations.
